The center's marquee design Vuitton Damier Canvas Triana N51155 is a $10 million video billboard that wraps around the building's crown. The 65-foot-tall-by-320-foot-long programmable sign functions like a high-definition flat-screen television capable of displaying live-feed video and three-dimensional images. The sign is meant to mimic a similar one in New York's Times Square. Harmon Corner, which began construction in February, is expected to open Dec. 8, in time for Christmas. The center will create 120 retail-related jobs upon completion. PROJECTS TopShop and TopMan Vuitton Damier Canvas Verona MM Bag N41118 open a 20,000-square-foot retail store inside Fashion Show mall at 3200 Las Vegas Blvd. South, in March. The single-level men's and women's clothing shop will employ 170 people. Danoski Clutts Building Group completed a 2,036-square-foot retail tenant improvement for Designs by Jeff White, a custom jewelry designer, inside Tivoli Village at 302 S. Rampart Blvd. in Las Vegas. Sahara Ave. in Las Vegas for $4 million, or $122 per square foot, from GECMC 2006-C1 West Sahara Avenue LLC. Gatski Commercial's Rob Lujan and Jason Simon Vuitton Damier Canvas Wallets 62666 the seller. The 7-year-old retail complex, on 2.5 acres, consists of three buildings. Knight Transportation bought 10 acres of vacant land inside the Cannery Commerce Center at the northeast corner of Berg Street and Craig Road in North Las Vegas for $1.85 million, or $185,000 per acre, from NLV Industrial Center LLC. CB Richard Ellis' Greg Tassi represented the seller; MRH Associates' Selena A. Perez represented the buyer. Jack in the Box Inc. bought a 13-year-old, 2,685-square-foot building, on 0.74 acres, that it had been renting.
